Prior to founding 3 EGG STUDIO, he served as Design Director and Principal at renowned international firms, including Jerde, WET Design, and 5+ Design.
Whether advocating for the owner or directing design from the contractor side, he combines creative vision, technical rigor, and seasoned leadership to navigate complex builds and unify teams with clarity and confidence. An avid cyclist and illustrator in his free time, Ramón is a steady, solutions-driven partner you can rely on for every project.

Her background in design sharpens her eye for detail and her ability to anticipate challenges before they become roadblocks - two skills that define great project management. When she's not steering projects forward, Kelly can be found skiing with her son, biking local mountain trails, or hunting down vintage finds to restore and breathe new life into.
