A licensed architect in both the U.K. and the U.S., Ramón brings extensive experience leading the design and delivery of custom residential and commercial projects globally. Prior to founding 3 EGG STUDIO, he served as Design Director and Principal at renowned international firms, including Jerde, WET Design, and 5+ Design.
Whether advocating for the owner or directing design from the contractor side, he combines creative vision, technical rigor, and seasoned leadership to navigate complex builds and unify teams with clarity and confidence. An avid cyclist and illustrator in his free time, Ramón is a steady, solutions-driven partner you can rely on for every project.
Kelly Kennedy, CID, AIA Assoc., LEED AP
Holding degrees in communication and interior design, Kelly blends creative insight and technical expertise with clear, grounded guidance. Known for her innovative thinking and collaborative problem-solving, she crafts interiors tailored to each client’s vision while leading them through every stage of construction with transparency and confidence. Beyond the studio, Kelly can be found skiing with her son, hiking with friends, or seeking out distinctive vintage pieces to restore and integrate into her projects.
